Im not a big fan of popular culture celebrity watching, but you've got to admit the mystery woman has got it right! AND, East Bay Vintage just introduced a few darling plaid wool scarves and a few killer vintage scarves from France to keep you as warm and and gorgeously suited here in Oakland as the weather gets colder!
